Yes. Every customer has their own isolated instance, on their own secure cluster.
If you sign up for the Standard or Enterprise plan, the first 3 months are free. If you are happy with the product in the end, we can proceed to commercials. If not, we just switch off and delete everything without further bother.
You can contact us and we can delete your instance/data at any time. If you have an on-premise deployment, we will send you instructions on how to do that yourself.
